We, AIQOS, are a group of seasoned consultants with years of EPM domain experience, loving the challenge of simplifying complexity and implementing effective solutions in international environments.

OneStream software was founded in 2012 and some of our founders have been advising and implementing this finance platform since 2013 on the first project on the Europe mainland and the second outside the US. Working at AIQOS means being part of an international, and unique team of consultants.

Role overview

You, the experienced OneStream Consultant, takes on greater ownership of project delivery, often leading entire implementations or complex streams within larger programs. They possess deep technical expertise and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities as a consultant:

• Build your profile internally and externally – you want to be known as an expert in your field and provide subject matter expertise across our (international) teams and client base

• Communicate and clearly present ideas and solutions to customers, team members, and partners

• Architecting end-to-end OneStream solutions tailored to client needs

• Providing quality assurance and validating solutions against best practices

• Mentoring and coaching consultants

• Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively

Skills required:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with OneStream or in the EPM world.

• Excellent knowledge of financial consolidation, planning and reporting.

• Ability to guide teams, delegate tasks, and create a collaborative environment.

• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Ensuring solutions meet high standards and align with industry best practices

• Advanced Excel Skills with VBA, VB.net, Visual Basic, SQL or C# experience is a big plus

• English fluently spoken and written, where an additional language (German, French, Spanish or Dutch) is an advantage .

• Excellent communication skills
