Client management
Develop and manage references through technical and professional client relationships.
Provide team leadership on client engagements.
Manage client relationship and expectations on a specific project.
Continuous project requirements management limiting scope creep.
Delivery and Support
Business Requirements
Conduct business requirement workshops to obtain client requirements and understand their challenges.
Work actively with clients on scoping projects.
Transform business requirements/challenges into Proof of Concept presentations.
Design
Responsible for functional and technical design.
Responsible for populating the Design document.
Prototyping of proposed solution.
Implementation
Build applications according to the Design document signed off by the client.
Testing (preparing unit tests and UAT scripts).
Document application details as required.
Training
Provide customer training as required.
Prepare training materials and user manuals as required.
Delivery
Facilitate handover to the support team.
Assist in defining support procedures and in supporting implementations.
Management
Provide input into project management for budgets, resourcing, time tracking.
Escalate any risks that may arise on a project (client, team, project scope) to the management team.
Team Mentoring
Act as a technical resource.
Manage, develop and support.
Conduct weekly, monthly and annual reviews.
Business Development
Improve/maintain implementation methodologies to ensure leading practises are applied on projects.
Actively contribute to and participate in the OneStream knowledge share forum.
Essential experience with OneStream (preferred) or other multi-dimensional platforms (TM1, Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Tagetik, Adaptive).
A degree in Finance, Business & Economics, Information Management or other related field.
SQL experience a plus.
Experience with VBA, VB.net or Visual Basic, or any object-oriented programming a plus.
International experience by working directly with large companies in various industries.
